Over 4,000 competitors from small islands around the world take part in various sporting events for the 16th International Island Games.

Watch the thrills of competitive sand racing, starts 2pm.

The Big Gig in the Park
This year’s Legend in the Park will be Spandau Ballet with support from The Feeling. The Big Gig then continues with live acts such as Union J and The Vamps over the weekend. Howard Davies Park. Tickets £49.50 for adults.

Open Gardens – Villas Devereux, La Route Orange, St Brelade
Raising money for JAFC, take a look inside some of Jersey’s private gardens. 2pm – 5pm, cost £3.

Ice Age Pop Up Museum
Various locations throughout the island during this month will become pop up museums with a shuttle bus operating to and from the current site to La Hougue Bie Museum.

7 – 8 July

Tour des Ports de la Manche
Yacht tour covering ports from France to Guernsey and then Jersey and back again. Watch from St Aubin’s Harbour on 8 July as the fleet departs.

La Ronde Concert
The Band of Jersey play a free concert in Howard Davies Park. 7.45 – 8.45 pm.

Jersey Premier Brass Concert
