Spa breaks at Longueville Manor

Cottage Garden Spa at Longueville Manor

A new boutique spa and gym has opened at the five red star manor in St Saviour, Jersey, giving people the chance to take spa breaks at the luxurious hotel. The spa offers a peaceful sanctuary in a tranquil garden setting complete with an outdoor heated pool and decked area with Rattan loungers. A dedicated butler service is also on hand as well as a fitness gym and media centre.

Wellness and equilibrium

Using 100% plant and mineral derived British REN products, the spa team will tailor treatments to suit the individual, restoring harmony and balance and boosting the skin’s natural properties.

Natasha Young, Manager, The Cottage Garden, says:

‘We will be providing a range of soothing treatments designed to relax the spirit, harmonise the body, preserve youthfulness and enhance health and vitality. REN Spa treatments use exclusively designed massage and pressure point techniques inspired by ancestral traditions, Japanese acupressure and Swedish massage. I also intend to introduce my own massage oils using lavender and aromatics from the Longueville Kitchen Garden to enhance the experience. We will offer a transformational spa experience that I believe will be unsurpassed in the Island.’

Facial treatments include REN Ultimate Radiance and a REN Skin Detox whilst bespoke massages include an exquisite facial and full body REN Moroccan Rose Ritual, REN Body Rebalance and a specialist Mamma Massage aimed to reduce maternity stress on the body.

To enhance the restorative treatments, Jessica manicure and pedicure treatments will be provided by specialist nail technician Katie Fox whilst waxing and tinting can also be booked by phoning the hotel reception.

Longueville Manor and its grounds

Longueville Manor is set in 16 acres of a beautiful valley which includes unspoilt woodland, a Victorian kitchen garden, a lake, tennis courts and croquet lawn. As the only Relais & Châteaux property on the island, it is part of an exclusive group of 500 restaurants and hotels offering the finest experiences from around the world whilst still being independently owned and run. The 30 bedrooms and suites are complimented by two dining areas and a cocktail bar. Chef Andrew Baird won a 3 AA rosette award for the hotel, providing specialist dishes made from the excellent local fresh ingredients.
